Don’t you feel sad when someone you love dearly is going through something very painful when their heart is breaking? You want to try to put a band aid on their heart so they will heal faster but you know that they have to endure and suffer through it. It is a desperate time for them. If you hurt yourself and go to the doctor, the doctor will give you a timeframe when you will be feeling better. Not so with “heart hurts”. Everyone is different, every situation is different. The only thing we can do is be there for them loving and encouraging them through it.
God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Revelation 21:4
Here is one of the many cards I made for my sister as she continues to heal. I live in Pennsylvania and she lives in California which makes it hard because I just can’t stop by for a cup of coffee, so I make cards for her and send them to encourage her.
